Please read these terms carefully before using FBA Network services.

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using the FBA Network website, Discord server, or any associated services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Description of services

FBA Network provides an online community for Amazon FBA sellers, offering product leads, training materials, mentoring, and educational resources. We offer both free and paid (PRO) membership tiers accessed through Discord and managed via Whop.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Accounts and membership

To access certain features, you must create accounts with Discord and/or Whop. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

5. PRO membership and payments

  • PRO memberships are billed monthly or annually through Whop
  • All new PRO subscriptions include a 7-day free trial
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through Whop
  • Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice to existing members

6. Product leads disclaimer

Product leads shared through FBA Network are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, profitability, or availability of any product lead. Prices, stock levels, and market conditions change rapidly. You are solely responsible for your own purchasing and selling decisions. Past performance of leads does not guarantee future results.

7. Earnings disclaimer

Any income figures, ROI percentages, or profit examples mentioned on our website or within our community are illustrative and not guarantees. Individual results vary based on effort, experience, capital invested, market conditions, and many other factors. FBA Network does not guarantee any specific financial outcomes.

8. Acceptable use

When using our Services, you agree not to:

  • Share, redistribute, or resell PRO content, leads, or materials outside the community
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or collect content from our Services
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other community members
  • Post spam, misleading information, or promotional content without permission
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or create derivative works from our tools or materials
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including Amazon's terms of service

9. Intellectual property

All content, materials, training resources, branding, and tools provided through FBA Network are our intellectual property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FBA Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FBA Network, its team members, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active members via Discord or email. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
